Our instructor for BOLD! in Madison, WI is Michael Bastian, 2009 MAPS Coach of the Year. Michael will be flying in from Austin, TX where he resides to help REALTORS(r) in Madison achieve what they have always dreamed.

Michael Bastian joined Keller Williams in December 2002. Initially, he was attracted by the promise of increased passive income opportunities, and as a Mega Agent, he quickly moved his team to a seventh level business.

Within six months of joining the company, he became a Team Leader of the Tacoma, WA, Market Center. As Team Leader, Mike moved the market center from over $380,000 in losses to over $350,000 in profits in just a little over a year. In December 2004, he earned the growth partner award for recruiting and was the winner of the KWRI “Get-One” recruiting campaign. In 2005, moved the Tacoma Market Center from being ranked last in the country to #8 in Market Center Growth, and was awarded Turn-Around Market Center Team Leader of the year.

In 2006, Mike became the Operating Partner in Gig Harbor, WA and was named as a member of the Keller Williams Realty International Master Faculty, specializing in leadership training. 

Mike now draws from his unique experience as a KW Mega Agent, Team Leader, Operating Partner, investor in three Market Centers, and a Master Faculty Member in order to coach his MAPS clients.  His coaching style combined with high level accountability causes his clients to produce dramatic results, and proves to be an investment for their market centers.
